As part of the extensive renovation of the single-family home, the roof was completely renewed and equipped with a solar system that achieves a total output of 26 kWp. This sustainable energy source is used efficiently to meet the needs of the house, including hot water preparation, heating supply and the control of the swimming pool. Excess energy is also used to charge an electric vehicle.

To maximize comfort and user-friendliness for the owners, the Loxone Energy Manager was integrated, which optimizes all energy use. In addition, the entire house was integrated into the Loxone Smart Home system, which enables central control and visualization. The lighting, blinds, heating, alarm system and even garden irrigation can now be operated via a single platform, ensuring efficient and user-friendly management of all systems.
