The apartment's electrical system was modernized: a fire and burglar alarm system, as well as Loxone components for individual room control, were integrated. Thanks to Air technology, the implementation was seamlessly integrated into the existing infrastructure.

The customer can monitor the apartment status at any time via an app and is immediately notified in the event of a fire or burglary. The new heating control system automatically lowers the temperature when the owner is away, saving energy and increasing comfort. The balcony irrigation system has also been automated.
