The customer wanted to modernize the installation in the apartment with a fire alarm and burglar alarm system. In addition, the individual room control was replaced with Loxone components.
Thanks to Air technology, we can implement all requests in the shortest possible time, thus upgrading existing objects for the future.
Solution
Thanks to Air technology, the wishes could be easily integrated into the existing infrastructure without great effort. When away, the customer can always see the status of the apartment thanks to app access. In the event of a fire or break-in, they are informed directly.
By renewing the heating control system, valuable energy is saved by lowering the temperature in the rooms when you are away. At the same time, the Air technology was used to automate the watering of the balcony area.
